El pimiento rojo, al momento los ajos tiernos, las zanahorias, la calabaza, los champiñones, el calabacín y lo que haya sobrado de las berenjenas. También se pueden echar unas semillas de sésamo, lino y chía. Se sazona con sal, cúrcuma y un poco de pimienta molida negra. Echamos un poco de tomate frito para ligar todo el relleno.
  3. Cubrimos con el resto de berenjenas
  4. Hacemos la bechamel y lo cubrimos. Yo no hago mucha cantidad y suelo hacer la bechamel bastante líquida para que se cubra fácilmente la moussaka. El queso rallado y al horno a 200 ºC durante unos 20 minutos
