- 4 huevos
- 200 gr azúcar
- 250 gr calabaza
- 1 cucharada levadura en polvo
- 250 ml nata para montar
- colorante alimenticio
- extracto de naranja
- 150 gr queso de untar
- 4 cucharas azúcar glass

- Se separan las claras de las yemas y se baten las yemas con el azúcar.

- Se le añade la calabaza, después de haberla cocido y triturado en el agua de la cocción. Cuidado con la cantidad de agua para que no quede muy ligera.
- Aparte se mezcla la harina con la levadura y se incorporan juntas a las yemas, mezclando bien pero sin batir.
- Por último se montan las claras a punto de nieve. Bien duras se incorporan y MEZCLAN a la mezcla anterior, sin batir. Se vierte en un molde engrasado y se hornea. Quedara como un bizcocho mojado y esponjoso.
- Después montamos la nata y se le añade el colorante. A mi personalmente me gustan colores poco usuales. Azul, rojo, verde o mezcla de estos. Esto lo utilizaremos para cubrir la tarta.

- Ahora mezclamos el queso de untar y el azúcar glass. Y le añadimos y toque de extracto de naranja, por ejemplo. Sin pasarnos para no quitar protagonismo al queso.

- Después de que el bizcocho este frío lo dividimos y en el medio le ponemos la crema de queso.
- Y par terminar decoramos a nuestro gusto. Yo le he añadido topis de colores y corazones de caramelo.
