  3. Añadimos las zanahorias peladas y rehogamos 5 minutos. Agregamos la pata pelada y trocead y cocinamos un par de minutos. Incorporamos la calabaza sin piel y troceada y dejamos al fuego 5 minutos.
  4. Agregamos la chirivía pelada y el calabacín y rehogamos un par de minutos.
  5. Cubrimos con agua, unos 3 o 4 litros y llevamos a ebullición, cuando vaya a romper a hervir agregamos sal al gusto y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento entre 2 horas y media y 3, hasta que la carne y las verduras esté blanditas.
  6. Una vez que transcurrido el tiempo sacamos la carne, las verduras y colamos el caldo. Llevamos nuestro caldo a la nevera una vez que haya enfriado a temperatura ambiente y lo dejamos reposar hasta el día siguiente para retirar con facilidad la capita de grasa. Con las verduras podemos preparar un puré riquísimo y con el pollo unas croqueta, por ejemplo.
  7. Una vez que hemos desgrasado el caldo, ya podemos preparar una sopa o agregar a un guiso y el caldo que no usemos lo podemos echar en tarros de cristal y llevarlos al congelador. Espero que os guste!!!
