- Añadimos a la olla un litro de agua o de caldo de pollo o verduras. Inmediatamente después echamos un puñado de lentejas por comensal y la calabaza y el nabicol

- Echar un puñado de sal y una pizca de pimentón, pimienta y comino.
- Subir el fuego y cuando hierva dejar a fuego medio durante 30 minutos
- Pasado este tiempo añadimos todas las acelgas y cocinamos tapado a fuego lento durante 10 minutos más. Las acelgas reducirán su volumen a la mitad, no te asustes 🤪
