- Una vez triturada la mezcla la vamos añadiendo al cazo o a la sartén con el arroz, poco a poco, removiendo a medida que lo vamos añadiendo. Cocinar unos 20 minutos y añadirle la nuez moscada.
- Por último quitamos la hoja de laurel. El risotto tiene que quedar cremoso.
- Servir y añadirle una pizca de perejil.
