- 3 puerros
- 2 zanahorias grandes
- 1 patata grande o 2 medianas
- 1 cebolla
- 200 ml nata líquida para cocinar
- Sal

Agregamos los puerros y un poquito de pimienta y dejamos al fuego 5 minutos más. Añadimos las zanahorias, mezclamos y dejamos que se hagan durante 10 minutos.



- Incorporamos los trozos de calabaza y dejamos al fuego 5 minutos. Añadimos las patatas, removemos y dejamos que se hagan unos 5 minutos. Cubrimos con agua nuestras verduras (yo eché un vaso y medio) y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio 20 minutos o hasta que nuestras verduras estén.



- Trituramos todo bien, agregamos la nata y volvemos a triturar para que se integre la nata con las verduras.



- Ya tenemos nuestra crema lista, la servimos bien caliente y la podemos acompañar con unos picatostes, un huevo cocido, jamón..., yo la decoré con un poquito de bacon crujiente. Espero que os guste.
