- Pasamos las milanesas primero por harina, luego por huevo batido mezclado con leche y condimentos. Por último por pan rallado mezclado con avena laminada.



- Cuando tengamos armadas nuestras milanesas vamos a disponerlas sobre una asadera aceitada y llevar a un horno a 200° hasta que se doren. Retiramos y colocamos el tomate cortado en rebanadas, las hojas de albahaca y por último las fetas de queso dambo.



- El queso dambo se gratina igual que la muzzarella y es mucho más sabroso. Llevamos nuevamente al horno, esta vez con el grill encendido o lo colocamos en la parte superior del horno para que gratine el queso. Retiramos y esperamos al menos 10' para servir.
