- Cortamos la cebolla y el morrón y en una olla ponemos un chorro de aceite y después tiramos la cebolla cuando la cebolla esté más transparente tiramos el morrón lo vamos moviendo con la cuchara y luego echamos el puré de tomate, condimentamos a gusto y esperamos a que la salsa esté lista
- En una sartén cocinamos aparte la carne picada o bien si es pollo hervimos el pollo y lo cortamos chiquito para usarlo como relleno
- Agarramos las berenjenas y las cortamos a lo largo o en rodajas como prefieras y las doras de los dos lados en una plancha espolvoreamos un poco de sal encima
(No te olvides de empezar a prender el horno en mínimo) - En una fuente ponemos primero salsa, luego capa de berenjena, relleno * carne o pollo *, capa de berenjena, salsa, queso, capa de paleta y por último la última capa de berenjenas y opcional si quieren le tiran o la salsa de tomate arriba de la capa si te quedo obvio y el queso rallado arriba
- Lo metemos en el horno aproximadamente 45' si ves que le falta déjalo un poco más
