  4. Ahora boto el agua de las berenjenas y ahora le echo agua hirviendo para que queden aún más tiernas.
  5. En una budinera pon un cucharón de salsa de tomate y encima una capa de berenjenas, luego una capa de pino, luego otra de berenjenas, otra vez una capa de pino y retipo otra de berenjenas y termino con una capa de pino, añado el queso arriba y ya está lista para el horno, dejar hasta que el queso gratine.
