Con los demás ingredientes, revolvemos bien y probamos y si es necesario se le agrega un tris de sal, orégano, ajo en polvo y albahaca, luego que los ingredientes hayan cocido agregamos a las berenjenas rellenando bien y el toque final se le agrega queso parmesano para el gratinado, se lleva al horno por 10 minutos o hasta que el queso dore, luego retirar y DISFRUTAR de un plato exquisito sin remordimientos, bajo en calorías y muy nutritivo.
