A eso agregar los tomates picados en cuadraditos pequeños o el medio frasco de tomates triturados que viene en frascos, incluso puré de tomates. Condimentar con sal fina, pimienta y orégano tomillo. Si se desea también se puede agregar un poquito de pimentón o condimento para pizza.

- Con todo esto listo, se coloca en una fuente enaceitada, una capa de berenjenas grilladas, sobre ella la salsa preparada y una lonchas de queso fresco a la que se la rociará orégano. Continuar de igual modo hasta terminar los ingredientes.

- Esta vez, en vez de horno usé una sartén teflonada, colocando salsa, berenjenas, en capas hasta terminar los ingredientes y sobre la última capa de berenjenas acomodé una lonchas de queso fresco. Coloque el tostador de pan y sobre él, la sartén tapándola y dejándolo hasta que el queso se derrita.


- Si se hace en horno, debe estar al máximo(180-200°) hasta derretir el queso. Una vez así: ¡ servir!!!
