  3. Poner a hervir el agua con el vinagre y las hojas de laurel, cuando suelte el hervor agregar las berenjenas y hervir por 5 minutos aproximadamente, comprobar si están tiernas cuidando que no se pasen
  4. Disponerlas en un colador hasta que enfríen
  5. Aparte mezclar el aceite con los condimentos y una pizca de sal (yo no puse ajo pero la receta lleva 3 dientes de ajo picado)
  6. Preparar los frascos hiviendolos por 20 minutos y luego sacarlos en horno bajísimo 15 minutos
  7. Una vez que las berenjenas estén frías disponerlas en los frascos intercalando con la preparación del aceite y hojitas de laurel
